I 've been coming regularly for years (since the opening in 2014 in fact) and the cuisine is always top notch. Despite this, there have been several major downsides for some time: firstly, the service. It seems that all the waiting staff (who were from the region) have been replaced by staff who speak little French and are poorly qualified for the service. As a result, the wait is sometimes long to be placed or ordered. We went there on 03.28.24 as a couple and had to call the waiting staff 3 times to be offered a table. Superb first experience in this lovely family restaurant to which we will return without any hesitation! Superbly made burgers, both in terms of flavors and very careful visual appearance.
