Downtown Grocery Deli

The restaurant has poor service and the food is left sitting out and not heated to the correct temperature. Some dishes are extremely salty and oily. The pinchos are hard and dried out, the flan is mediocre, and the macaroni salad is overly salty. There is no sense of organization at this restaurant. I recommend trying Orocoveña, La Favorita, or the International on Chestnut and Delsea instead.

I always order the chicken wings and platter at this restaurant and they never disappoint. The fried pork bites are delicious and the rice is always perfect. The chicken wings are especially amazing, perfectly spiced and moist with easily removable bones. This place is a hidden gem.

I absolutely loved the Cheesesteak and Cheese Pizza Pastelillos at this restaurant. However, the baked chicken platter that I created myself was a bit dry. On the bright side, the Hogmaws were delicious.

As a Puerto Rican native, I can say that this restaurant offers some of the most delicious and flavorful dishes. The portions are very generous and the prices are affordable. Highly recommended!

Everything was absolutely delicious! Been going here since I was a kid. Still one of the greatest, if not the greatest, authentic Puerto Rican spots in all of Vineland.
