Downtowne Ice Cream Shoppe

Very hot inside , was June and it was hotter Inside waiting for service than it was outside. Also was not pleasant to watch people try to juggle their ice cram while it was melting all over their hands in this overly hot space , and try to pay !! , maybe should be paying first like most places for this very reason???? We didn't end up ordering, the ice cream chest was a cross contamination mess !! Place was dindgy and very small inside , with a musty odor. A big NOPE from us !!

Greats shop and quick service.Tasty ice cream and gelato. I find the ice cream on the pricey side. Flavours aren't as strong as I like. For example, the maple walnut tasted only faintly of maple with a few walnut pieces. The caramel gelato was weak also. This place is worth a visit though! Cute little shop. Limited indoor seating.

Must try if you're in the area and like ice cream and gelato. It is all made in house and they have a wide assortment of flavors. We tried both in different chocolate and cheesecake flavors in their waffle cones. Was amazing.

Hot inside, dirty, smelly, cross contamination everywhere.This place needs serious clean up .Didn't order, was to nervous too. ?We were here for Father's day June of 2022

Delicious! Ordered a vegan strawberry ice cream on a GF/vegan waffle cone and was not disappointed! Definitely recommend if you're in the Merrickville area!

Always stop in for my favourite, Chocolate Peanut Butter Fudge ice cream on a waffle cone, every time I'm out for a ride on the motorcycle.
