Sandwiched into small shops on Broadway ,a Main Street , in the Village of Nyack-on-Hudson ,DPNB is a Mecca for homemade pastas and sauces. You can purchase the dishes deliciously prepared or buy the ingredients to create yourself. My favorite is to mix the squid ink and egg pastas with their memorable tomato basil sauce. Nowadays their” to go “is the only choice but it’s an easy solution to make in your kitchen in minutes ...tutto Bueno. I had a fantastic experience at this restaurant! With only a few tables, it has a cozy atmosphere, and there's a constant flow of walk-ins excited to sample the fresh pasta. The salad was well-made, and the stuffed pasta with mushrooms was outstanding—definitely something you shouldn't miss! However, I found the rigatoni to be a bit short on tomato sauce and a little heavy on the cheese. The portion sizes are quite generous, so you won't leave feeling dissatisfied. I'm definitely planning to come back to try more of their dishes and enjoy more of their fresh pasta. The staff was friendly as well!
We ordered rigatoni, pasta with morels, and spaghetti. Although the spaghetti was a bit salty and somewhat difficult to eat, the other two dishes were absolutely delightful. My four-year-old enjoyed her rigatoni so much that she didn't want to share! The morel pasta had the perfect amount of morels and wasn’t too saucy, which was ideal. We will certainly return when we’re back in the area!
The pasta here is absolutely delicious and bursting with flavor! You really can't make a mistake with your choice. The Rigatoni with ragù Bolognese was cooked to perfection, with a lovely al dente texture that was truly satisfying. I also thoroughly enjoyed the fresh Focaccia bread as an appetizer.

I had dinner in NYC, and the pasta here is fantastic—fresh and cooked to perfection, with a delightful al dente texture. I highly recommend the Cacio e Pepe. The dessert was also excellent. I definitely recommend this place!
Bought the homemade pasta a few times to cook at home and it was the best I’ve had…ate at the restaurant the other day salad was refreshing and the pasta was out of this world cooked perfectly with excellent flavor
Amazing! We stopped here on our way up to Hudson super easy to get to. The pastas were amazing as was the local burrata, desserts, and espresso. Can't recommend this place enough and the service was superb! Bravi
Amazing surprise! Everything was perfect from the food to the service. We ordered the sausage, buratta, Ragu pasta, and date cake. We will definitely be back to try other dishes !

It is scary how good this place is. We went there a few weeks back and I still cannot believe how good it was. I never write reviews, but I think I am in love with their pasta.
I really enjoyed the meal I ordered. The shared side salad was huge my main was delicious. The wine selection is great too. A small relaxed space with nice atmosphere.
