Laffa is a term used in various Middle Eastern languages to describe a type of bread. The bread used at this restaurant is large and thin, made in-house. The portions are generous and delicious. While there are other items on the menu, the standout dish is the chicken shawarma laffa. The variety of fillings, including fried eggplant, are also tasty. You must visit this place to experience a truly exceptional laffa sandwich. I have been here a few times and have thoroughly enjoyed each visit. I may explore other menu items next time I am in the area. The service is good and they also offer Israeli cabs, which I have tried and enjoyed. I give this restaurant two thumbs up.

My go-to place for shwarma when I'm visiting family in Toronto. For the most part, my shwarma is always tasty and I add eggplant, coleslaw, carrots, pickles and hummus. Only once has my order been wrong and the tin foil was wrapped within the food, causing me to have to pick the tin foil out myself.Service can be slow at times. Also, my boyfriend has a severe peanut allergy and the staff wouldn't tell us what oil they use to cook the French fries. Every restaurant we eat at, staff always tells us what oil is used. It's a shame as I loved eating their fries prior to me dating my boyfriend.
The chicken had fantastic seasoning, and the bread was to die for. They made the Lafa right then and there which was my line. The people that work there did seem a little bit like they hated us, but it was late and maybe they were just tired. It's your typical quick serve so there is some seating but it's nothing crazy. Perfect for a quick bite and the servings are huge so you will be full!
The falafel pita was good but the food prices are high compared to restaurants serving similar food, about $18+ for most entrees. Restaurant has limited seating and older furnishings. Free street parking is available on nearby residential side roads. Very busy traffic area (Bathurst Street). Lunch food service was very quick. Réservez une table maintenant
I received the worst customer service at this restaurant. The establishment is dirty and lacks sanitation practices. Food is not prepared with gloves, and the staff lacks food safety knowledge. There was a rude employee I had not seen before who provided terrible service and showed no consideration for customers.
The chef is not feeling well and is not performing at his best. We recommend going back to the fundamentals that originally brought success to this restaurant. Ensure the shawarma is made well and rolled properly, with the addition of the special ingredient. We look forward to seeing improvements next time.
We came here because there were good reviews but they were totally wrong. First I came and waited for 45 minutes and when I asked if it's done and they didn't even start. We then just left , because seems like the owner of this place only care about Uber

The laffa when made fresh are some of the best in the city. The falafels are always freshly fried. The fried egg plant is delicious.
