Dragon Express - Réserver une table

This Chinese takeout is the worst I have ever encountered. My order took 1 and a half hours to arrive, and when it did, it was incorrect. When I called to explain the mistake, the girl on the phone, who was Chinese, gave me a rude attitude. She hung up on me when I asked for a refund or a replacement meal. When I went to the shop in person, I was met with abuse and insults. They refused to replace my meal or give me a refund. Avoid this place at all costs.

’m not one for leaving reviews but this place is asking for one. Wrong food delivered. Some food cold. Over charged. Had previous similar issues but gave them a chance due to being a long term customer. I had to go to the takeaway to get a refund despite paying for a delivery and then they tried to keep the delivery charge. They are shocking. Terrible service. Treating us with contempt. Never again!!

Ordered Duck with pineapple and duck with cashew nuts.plus two large fried rice. Got beef something or other with bamboo shoots and water chestnuts and a sweet and sour beef with pineapple. Plus two small rice. Telephone not taking calls Text not being answered Just eat not yet showing order to complain. This Chine food is excellent when delivered correctly... but if not ...your scuppere

Was lied to by staff regarding our order after waiting half an hour for delivery,initially said it was with driver when I called,after waiting further 40 minutes,called back to be told that it was just leaving the takeaway,this coincided with it arriving while I was on the phone...more lies,no apology,couldn't have cared less,some items were cold...wont use them again

The carry-out order was delivered an hour before the requested time. Unfortunately, the fried rice dishes were inedible and had to be thrown away. It seems that this restaurant is not able to compete with others in the town.
