The three stars is because they were offering to accommodate a special order that we asked for chicken basil was not on the menu but they allowed us to have it with our order. The vegetables were in abundance which was appreciated, the chicken and the beef were very tender we were thinking it could have used more seasonings herbs Etc. We called to order the same thing the next day and they disallowed the basil chicken order because 'the manager wasn 't in '. So, so disappointed. We've been loyal customers for years, but, seemingly out of the blue, the quality has gone way down. I ordered steamed dumplings from both the NK and Wakefield locations this past week. They were terrible. Not the same as they always were. They were chewy, dry, almost inedible. They seemed like a frozen dumplings from the grocery store. I thought it was a fluke at NK, but, last night Wakefield was the same. Sesame chicken was also dry, as if sitting in a steam dish all day. Unfortunately , we won't be back.

I realize everyone has different tastes and experiences, but after three tries at Dragon Palace there won't be a fourth try. I won't go into gory details but be warned that if you've eaten at some of the better asian restaurtants in Rhode Island and Mass. you will be disappointed here. Day old shrimp, thick pasty wontons, and second rate sushi are losers for starters. I would gladly drive to Warwick to go to Lemongrass than go beck here.

just found a hair in my food! called and the manager said there was nothing he could do to control that. He then proceeded to say he would NOT refund me. disgusting.

Large portions and delicious Chinese food. It's a must have when we're in RI. We've tried EVERYTHING!
