drexler is something unique in Freiburg. the restaurant offers an incomparable variety of German and international weine, among them france, (yes, also burgund! , italia, spania, Austria, etc. to very cheap trips. also remarkable, is the very extensive selection of wines that can be ordered by the glass. this applies both to white and red wine. eating is something international cuisine with a Mediterranean influence. only a few dishes, but all are very well prepared. the restaurant is located in a small and not very picturesque next street near the colombi hotel. the place is quite small and often quite crowded due to its unique character. therefore the reservation is required in the rule. i...

a beautiful place, a little overpriced. they only have in German menu, although the staff is more than willing to help with the translation. this atmosphere is a little pretentious. but overall the food was delicious and the service was impeccable. in any case recommend for long slow half speech talks about glass wein. I would not advise for a cozy family dinner.
