I feel blessed to have this as my local cafe. I take my kids here every Saturday and we get greeted with smiles, amazing food, great atmosphere and the best milkshakes you'll find anywhere. Karen and Sheldon never fail to go out of their way...to make sure the boys and I are well looked after. Whilst I would recommend the whole menu I do keep going back to the best bacon and egg roll in Oz. Now this is not a claim I make lightly. Four of us decided to try this restaurant for breakfast based on the positive reviews we had read. However, we were left disappointed. It took an hour for our 4 meals to be served. My breakfast bruschetta had an excessive amount of vinegar and the tomatoes were soggy. The others in my group complained about their bread being soggy, bacon being dry and cold, and overall being disappointed with their meals. The staff, excluding the owners, were unhelpful, slow, and unfriendly. Unfortunately, our experience did not meet our expectations.
I was invited to a dinner here on a Wednesday evening and enjoyed it so much returned with more friends on the Saturday for breakfast. The food is delicious and the family running it are friendly and really made us feel at home. The breakfast...and coffee were made to my exact liking and their pricing is very very good. I encourage anyone heading to Victoria Point to stop for a coffee or snack well worth the visit. Nice motorbike ride too and easy access to Mount Cotton and other surrounding rides.
So I've been more than five times and every time our order has been delivered wrong! false meal, forgotten items and terrible coffee. owners are rude and unapoologetic revoked to see if they have made a mistake to blame us for any order! Inboxed...owners after our last visit where we spent over $160 and no answer so written review on facebook and they hid our review! not cool, with honest opinions and reviews to tamperen definitiw to avoid a caffe, much more real caffes in the redlands! As said on the way to Victoria point beach,we have stopped in Drift in cafe. We wanted just coffee, but received also one cute,little,yummy fruit pie,complimentary, niiiiice: Coffee was great,no aftertaste,right temperature, and there was even lactose free milk available. What's evenly important Sheldon and...Karen,the owners are very pleasant to talk to. Definitely will pop in next time to try some food as well. Oh,and music was cool,too.
What an awesome place ! The decor is a bit dated but the host, Sheldon and his wife are so warm and welcoming that you might never want to leave. The food was amazing. I can thoroughly recommend the Benedict and the breakfast bruschetta. Coffee...was perfect too !! We will definitely be back :

I wouldn't recommend dining at this restaurant. The food is subpar and lacks any standout dishes. It doesn't meet the standards of other cafes and restaurants in the area that have received higher ratings. It falls short of being a 3-star establishment. Réservez une table maintenant
