The Driftwood Café in New Brighton is undoubtedly one of the best cafes around. The food is not only excellent and freshly made, but also incredibly delicious. They serve a generous pot of tea and the staff, including Amanda, Sandra, and Jenny, are extremely friendly and welcoming. It is clear that they are dedicated to ensuring that every customer has the most enjoyable experience possible. We are so glad we stumbled upon this gem – the Driftwood Café truly deserves the title of No. 1 Café in New Brighton. We highly recommend it to everyone!

This is truly a little gem in New Brighton. It was really busy when we arrived and we managed to get the last table outside. The food was amazing, the staff were lovely and friendly and I cannot fault a single thing. The lovely waitress even offered to find us a table inside once it had quietened down but it was nice outside. I would 100% recommend this cafe and we will definitely be back. Fabulous

Beautiful place. Very friendly people. It was a good sign that tables were reserved! The owner is wonderful and so friendly. Food is the best breakfast I have had! Hopefully Victoria Road will be the new lark lane! I have been really impressed coming out here! We will be back! Breakfast omelette is stunning!

We went to this restaurant for breakfast and had a wonderful time. We are from the US and the staff was very friendly and welcoming, sharing stories with us and suggesting places to visit in the area. And the French toast was delicious. We highly recommend this place! Réservez une table maintenant

My daughter and I came across this gem of a place last Saturday, we had travelled from Wales to New Brighton to see a show in the theatre. The staff are so so friendly and the food just amazing. I’ve promised that I will return again very soon.

This place was highly recommended so I decided to book for breakfast. It's a very popular place so booking is definitely needed! Lovely place to eat, great surroundings and very friendly staff. Will be back!

Fantastic gluten free quiche so delicious! All good homemade , staff lovely and a great location for a bike ride or walk. On previous visits I had a fabulous gf afternoon tea.

Came across this cozy little cafe and decided to have lunch. Popped in for a sandwich and ended up with a cream tea. Great value, great service and lovely food. Réservez une table maintenant

The staff were welcoming and friendly! The home-made quiche was delicious! I will definitely return to this restaurant. Plus, my dog loved all the attention!

Afternoon tea was lovely. All home made cakes, home made egg mayo, thick ham and fresh bread. Best scones ever had.
