Been to the DB over the last years, probably 2 3 times per year and I always come to the same conclusion.... its a good quiet place to meet some friends for one drink or the first of the evening, but not really to stay for a second or third. The staff are not consistent. either totally hyped up or completely comatose. Their cocktails are good, you can't go wrong with the beers, but the snacks are just average for the price, but nothing more. Sitting outside is fun in the summer though.
after christmas market are looking for somewhere warm to drink. beautiful small bar in local style, beer on tap fair selection of drinks including cocktails. very pleasant service. we found a few places where their wee are somewhat indifferent, and here. was the same, nothing really through the glass I would go back for. have not found any worth for decent weeds since our time in zürich. cozy bar drink beer or spirituous, I think.
had an overnight in zürich and found this bar with my partner. we were for a couple of cocktails, and this is all they need! seriously good (and strong mojitos and long island ice teas. the dame and the man who worked there were enthusiastic and very helpful when they suggested where we otherwise pass in zürich at our short stop. we are in 2 weeks again for a stopover and will definitely go again.
Tolle Bar mit einer echt guten Karte für Drinks. Die Bar hatte auch noch Platz am Freitag Abend, was für uns schön war. Wir erlebten einen wunderschönen Abend.
