Comme quelqu'un qui est un grand fan de la morue, le signe indiquant “Friday: cod” a attiré mon attention. J'ai été accueilli avec sympathie. Le cadre rustique suggère une cuisine généreuse et familiale, ce qui était le cas. Le démarreur simple et efficace, les endives et les pommes, tout ce que j'aime. Le plat de morue était parfait, avec beaucoup de saveur et beaucoup de graisse. La crème brûlée est très bonne. Félicitations aux cuisiniers pour ce repas. Je reviendrai heureux pendant la semaine et un autre vendredi. A bientôt.

Organized by the CCAS of Aydat, we spent the day at the royal estate of Randan. There were about fifty of us and we ate lunch at the Hotel restaurant. Very warm welcome and very comprehensive menu, attentive service and the very tasty Basquaise chicken main course as well as the crème brûlée for dessert, all homemade. Very good atmosphere in a refined setting, well done to the entire restaurant team. Service: 5 Location: 5 Hotel highlights: Romantic
