Dommage, la nourriture est bonne mais le service est catastrophique, voire désastreux. Manifestement, la nouvelle responsable de la salle ne maîtrise pas son travail en service, la carte des vins manque d'ambition et les prix sont très élevés par rapport à la qualité des vins proposés. Ne parlons même pas de la direction, qui semble à la hauteur du service incompétent. Nous allons chercher un nouvel hôtel-restaurant digne de ce nom pour nos amis et notre famille. La salle du restaurant est très, très sale au petit déjeuner mais aussi la veille. Le chien de la responsable, lâché dans le restaurant, quémande de la nourriture. Est-ce un hôtel ou un refuge pour animaux ? L'hôtel est sale et le personnel n'est pas du tout qualifié. La responsable, si l'on peut l'appeler ainsi, a son chien avec elle en permanence, qui n'est bien sûr pas tenu en laisse. Son chien aboie constamment et fait ses besoins dans la salle du restaurant. Nous sommes profondément déçus compte tenu du prix exorbitant de la nuit. Cependant, si vous souhaitez bien manger, je vous conseille d'aller au Central, où vous serez bien accueilli par le directeur et ses deux employés, la cuisine y est impeccable et le service digne d'un quatre étoiles !
