Il n’est pas professionnel de traiter les clients avec autant de malhonnêteté, ont vous accueille en vous donnons un numéro de table mais personne vous y conduit comme si nous connaissions leur organisation, vous donne une table rien a voir malgré réservation depuis une semaine, nous commandons une belle bouteille de vin rouge qui s’avère à la dégustation qui avais tourner au vinaigre et le contenu été trouble, nous avons fait la remarque mais le patron a indiqué à la sommelier que de toute façon cette bouteille sera encaissé même si nous ne la buvons pas, nous avons demander de parler avec lui et il ne jamais venu à notre table, la nourriture était de plus immangeable la viande d’un goût et...
We came here with friends who live in the area, and took the Wednesday evening meat special. What a disappointment.. we do not know which meat we actually ate (it was for sure not all entrecôte as advertised), the plate heaters overcook the food since you cannot really adjust them, and the fries are not tasty at all. Service was absolutely sub-par, and we seriously felt being pushed to consume more wine. The atmosphere and furniture are rather like a beach resort of the 1970s. Very unpleasant experience, also for our friends.
Leider wollte man uns ohne Reservation draussen nicht bedienen, was wir grundsätzlich verstehen. Die Terrasse war gut besucht. Als wir jedoch höflich fragten, ob wir nicht drinnen essen können, da komplett leer, hat man uns unglaublich schnippisch und unhöflich abgewiesen. Es ist leider nicht verständlich, dass sich ein Betrieb derart wenig flexibel zeigt in der aktuellen Situation. Scheinbar haben sie‘s nicht nötig. 2 Sterne, da das Essen auf den Tellern wirklich gut aussah.
Wir waren am Sonntag zum Mittagessen. Wir hatten reserviert. Als wir sassen, haben wir vorerst ewig gewartet. Auch nach aufgegebener Bestellung ging das so weiter. Die Warterei und das unaufmerksame Personal waren die Hauptartaktivitäten. Das Essen war recht gut. Ausgezeichnetes Fleisch, Zubereitung und Qualität. Der Rest guter Durchschnitt. Ich habe für vier Personen mit Trinkgeld CHF 330. ausgegeben. Von einem weiteren Besuch werden wir absehen. Réservez une table maintenant
