A great surprise. Arrived really randomly and we do not regret. The menu is short, a guarantee of freshness and quality. The terrine is a killer, with the bread and the pickles, I enjoyed myself. What about the pluma...it's good, it's tender, it's ready to cook, wonderful! A taste of too little for the excellent mash, am a guy . No fuss, you eat the product not the presentation and that's good. The cookie size is terrible and apparently delicious, am not dessert. For connoisseurs, a very large selection of wines with an affordable quality/price ratio. I recommend without hesitation this establishment where the smile and the desire to please the plate and the glasses overflow with sincerity....
2 friendly, professional and available young women run this establishment where you can have lunch, drink a coffee or buy wine (among other things). The chef in the kitchen treats us to seasonal locavore dishes that are always original and delicious. My risotto was wonderful last night and my husband's pork melted in your mouth. The place is friendly and customers chat with each other. I love this place and wish them continued success. For my part, I will return as soon as I pass through Nogent. It's nice what you're doing. Une salle double avec une atmosphère chaleureuse, l'une près du comptoir, l'autre dans la section épicerie où se côtoient vins, cidres, jus de fruits, pâtes et condiments... ainsi que de nombreux autres produits gourmands. Un menu entrée-plat-dessert offrant un excellent rapport qualité-prix : des plats savoureux avec d'excellents produits servis dans de jolies assiettes. Vin au verre ou en bouteille. Nous avons passé un excellent moment en famille, tout était parfait. Les assaisonnements, les épices, les associations... L'accueil et le service... Vraiment impeccable ! Le seul petit problème avec le repas, c'est qu'il n'y avait plus de cookies, mais nous avons finalement pris un gâteau aux carottes à emporter qui était incroyable.
