I enter the restaurant, the lady comes out of the kitchen, I say hello and she replies: “WHAT? . Okay, we forget. I went for a steak on slate (I went for that on purpose). I took the largest (400g). It arrived in two pieces (2x200) one on top of the other. Meat ok, but I found it a little strange that it arrived in two. The fries are the same as in a fast food restaurant. On the other hand, I was really disappointed with the 3 sauces they were oil with foam on top. Composition not homogeneous, we can 't call it a sauce, it broke the whole thing.
I am Spanish, from Seville. I have had dinner at this place with a Swiss friend who already knew it. Mict salad to share. A magnificent dish of fish from Lake Neuchatel accompanied by roast potatoes. Delicious dish. They tell us that The Cook has his secret for this recipe. For dessert MILLE-FEUILLE AUX FRAMBOISES. Base and lid of exquisite puff pastry with cream and raspberry filling. The waitress is nice and fast. The simple and cozy place. Overlooking Lake Neuchatel. Totally recommendable. We have booked for next week.
Very friendly place, welcome at the top magnificent terrace with a magnificent view we took the perch fillets meunière, at the top, I saw the other plates past the frog legs the meats on slate and lots of other beautiful things to redo next frog leg and then fillet of perch meunière Thanks to the restaurant team
