I can only give this restaurant a rating of 3 stars, and here's why. We were told to sit wherever we wanted, so we chose our table carefully. However, we were ignored for a solid 20 minutes before we decided to ask someone for assistance. After that conversation, it took another 30 minutes before we could even place our orders. To make matters worse, we watched as customers who arrived after us finished their meals before we even managed to order. This might have been somewhat excusable if the restaurant had been packed, but luckily, the manager, Jimmy, was present. Still, the lack of accountability from the staff was quite disrespectful. Food is always good here. But the staff is struggling and sometimes unprofessional. Went in today October 15, 2023 at 11:37am. First I read the hand written note on the glass that stated because they are short staffed they will be closing 4:30pm Monday-Thursday. Then when I opened the door a male staff says we are not open. Very unprofessional he did not greet me and on Google it says they were already open at 11:00 AM that’s why I drove all the way here. When I closed the door and walked away the guy locked the door behind me. I hate when good food places have horrible service. Makes customers not wanna come at all Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
I ordered through UberEats and the food was absolutely amazing! I even appreciated the bowl it came in—everything was ready to eat. Many other places I order pho from just have everything prepackaged, and I have to use my own bowl. The fried rice was fresh and delicious, and the sweet tea was genuinely sweet. The highlight, though, was when the receptionist called me because I ordered a soda but didn’t specify which kind. Great service and fantastic food!
My daughter and I had lunch here today, and I was extremely pleased with our experience. Our waitress was outstanding—very attentive and professional. I asked her about a few dishes, and she answered all my questions without hesitation. The food arrived at our table much faster than I anticipated. I ordered the shrimp spring rolls and the Tenderloin Steak Combo. I highly recommend this place and will definitely come back!

We visited during a busy time, and our order was mistakenly delivered to another table. The owner apologized and kindly offered to cover the entire cost of our meal. The food was fantastic, but it was truly refreshing to witness such genuine consideration from the owner for their customers. We will definitely return. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
The pho was absolutely amazing food also, and it was all delivered on a robot in about 10 minutes. Absolutely phenomenal. We came in a group of 4 for a layover. One of our friends order got mixed up twice. The owner personally came out and apologized and compt the whole meal. Dua Hapeville is one of my favorite spots to go on my lunch break. The staff are so friendly, helpful and truly make it a fun experience while dining. Our food came out quickly and was so yummy! Definitely stop by if you?re in the area!
