Honestly my husband and I came here after searching for bbq and reading some of the owners awesome responses to petty reviews. The food was amazing! I got a pulled pork sandwich and it was loaded with meat! I was really surprised by how much was on the bun (which was awesome too). I got it with the dubs style beans which rocked my world. My husband got a brisket sandwich and Cajun fries and we both really loved the food! The traditional and spicy sauces were both delicious. Good food and good service. We’ll be back when we’re in St George again.
Today was my first time eating here 1/15/2022 I will definitely be going back incredible experience all around. I went with the servers recommendation of a big grub for my family and I personally added a hot link. The hot link was great it had more of a pepper spice to it, the pork was great and had a sweet smoke flavor to it, and the brisket was incredible it melted in your mouth and had a great seasoning to it. I look forward to going back this place should honestly beats any other BBQ place in town.
They definitely deserve 5 stars for the ribs! I'm not sure what issues other critics had, but I visited towards the end of the day, and the ribs were fantastic! I’d definitely get them again. The mac and cheese had a good flavor, but the texture was off—the noodles were overcooked. The salad was decent, but I prefer a heartier salad; it could use some hard-boiled egg pieces, small diced dill pickles, and a sprinkle of freshly cracked pepper. Overall, the meat was outstanding!
We accidentally found DUBS on a social media comment place and we're so glad we did! Catfish in Utah is rare, indeed, but we found a good meal here. The owner was very kind and friendly. There was another couple close by who were enjoying their meal as much as we were it's just a down home friendly place. The restaurant was very clean, the food was great and the atmosphere warm and inviting. What more could you want? Oh barbecue! Next trip! Réservez une table maintenant
Dubs BBQ made our time in Toquerville unforgettable! The staff was fantastic, and the owner, Cameron, truly goes above and beyond for his customers. We tried the smoked brisket, chicken breast, ribs, and mac and cheese, and everything was delicious! We were disappointed that the next day we couldn’t try the pulled pork because we were on our honeymoon. Seriously, this was the best BBQ spot we could have chosen for our special occasion!
This place. This place… This place! If you love good food like we do (lacking in St. George, we’re from Chicago can’t compare) give this place a try! My husband loves the wings, the ribs, the brisket, the pulled pork! Hush puppies are good, baked beans are good, cole slaw is good. Best meal we’ve had in Utah in 4 years. Thank you!
This was my first visit, and I’m so glad I found delicious brisket in St. George! The bratwurst came with one of the best BBQ sauces I’ve ever tasted. I loved the extra spicy option, and don't forget to order the side of the beans — next time, I’m definitely getting a pint to go. I will certainly be back soon!
Grabbed a small plate for lunch with the pulled pork, and had mac and cheese and the coleslaw. The pork was amazing, very juicy and the flavor was great.
