What an experience, I actually love Duck Donuts. As a customer I have nothing but good things to say. However I was doing a uber eats delivery for a customer I walked in and saw 2 employees 1 younger male and a middle aged female. They were working hard with about 3 people in line. The male was making the donuts and the female was taking orders. I went to the pickup and waited like 8 minutes. The male went over to take orders. I was never even greeted and more people walked in while I was standing there. After another 4 or 5 customers orders were taken I mentioned to the female I was there for a eats delivery and she said ok we will get to it another 10 minutes went by and I asked her if she...
I would announce duck donuts louder than the best donut facility of all time until my recent experience at duck donuts in dublin, oh. we ordered donuts on working day. there was only one person working, so it was a bit waiting before he could take our order. he wasn't thrilled....no problem. I still couldn't wait until my fiancée had tried these donuts. Unfortunately, the donuts were less than deceitful....they were either understated or overstated and stabbed in the water. the donuts were the half of the one I had in the past. I have not given up hope for duck donuts, but I will not recommend this place.
Excellent taste and serviceThis was my first time at this location and they did not disappoint. The young man and lady who were working on Saturday night, around 8:17 pm June 25th were very courteous, kind and provided awesome customer support. These employees deserve a raise!Thank you for such a great experience , the donuts were made to order ,very fresh , and super tasty. I will be back. My family even contemplated returning for a new order once we tasted them but were too far up the highway to turn around! Lol

Terrible customer service. Ordered 6 donuts online, and was quoted a pickup time. I'm standing in the store 45m after my quoted time and the donuts still aren't ready. I asked for a refund, because I don't want to wait here any longer and the employees in the store say they can't issue a refund. Good donuts, but **** business practices.
In addition to the exceptional customer service, one of my favorite parts of this restaurant was watching my donuts being made and decorated right in front of me. Before discovering Ducks, I had never tasted donuts that were as warm and delicious as these. Thank you for a wonderful experience!
This place is a fun chill spot for a friend/family link up, or coffee sweets. Our server/barista Dominique was really nice, made amazing suggestions, served us some tasty coffees. Everyone enjoyed their drinks, the unique flavored donuts sundaes we had. 5/5 recommend. Not a paid ad lol.
