I was extremely disappointed by the inconvenience and unreliability of this restaurant. I have had many issues trying to find dairy-free options, especially with their milkshakes. They often run out of non-dairy ice cream, but I have overlooked it in the past because the staff is friendly and honest. However, I have reached my limit with their lack of non-dairy options. Today, they had nothing available for donuts, shakes, or ice cream. I cannot understand why their storage management is so poor that this continues to be a recurring issue. For other customers with dietary restrictions, I recommend going to Hug Life on Euclid for ice cream and shakes, and The Donuttery for large donuts.
This restaurant is a great choice for a quick shake after a meal. They offer a variety of amazing flavors to choose from. The customer service is quick and friendly. I would recommend getting take out for lunch here. The price per person is between $1-10. I would rate the food a 4, the service a 5, and the atmosphere a 4. One recommended dish is the doughnut.
I ordered what I thought were donuts, but they turned out to be more like cakes that fell apart easily. They were flat and deflated, which was disappointing. The icing was melting and the chocolate didn't taste like chocolate. I paid $17 for these and was surprised that they even served them to us. They looked nothing like the pictures.
This review is regarding the service at the restaurant. The waitress who took our order was unhelpful, appeared annoyed, and was rude as if she hadn't slept enough or simply didn't want to be there.
