Fun small French inspired place. Feels like a corner French cafe in Paris. Edison lights. You know. They almost always have a huge 36oz ribeye (tomahawk presentation). Outside seating too. Convenient location in downtown Bethesda. Nice custom cocktails and the wait staff is very knowledgeable about food and the menu in general. The escargot is a delight. Great service and overall good food. The Duck Confit and DDG Burger were oh so tasty! ????. Unfortunately the crostini were too hard; the ideal crostini is supposed to be crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, the ones I was served were not pleasant to eat. Similarly, although beautifully presented, the ratatouille was not authentic. Management, please improve those two menu items. La nourriture était excellente mais un peu cher pour les portions. Le service était difficile car le serveur ne parlait pas / ne comprenait pas très bien l'anglais. Interrogés sur les frais de liège, on nous a dit 55 $ ... alors nous sommes allés avec la maison Shiraz (Copper Moon) et c'était 55 $ pour une bouteille de vin qui coûte environ 7 $ ... le tout Donc, dans toute la bonne nourriture, bien au-delà du prix!

Nice presentation and food tasted great for the price point. Even came in a fancy takeout bag. Duck bolognese had a smooth and creamy sauce. Ratatouille was a nice appetizer, refreshed the palate. Would come here again.
Le service était excellent et la nourriture était savoureuse et exceptionnelle. Nous avons également pu apporter une belle bouteille de vin qui met en valeur les saveurs de chaque plat. Je reviendrais et recommanderais.
La nourriture était bonne mais pas super. Également servi sur un plateau trop grand pour la quantité de nourriture servie. Boissons très limitées et pas de dessert.

The experience was a delight, my friend and I got to the restaurant pretty early and had the restaurant all to ourselves about a good 15 minutes.
