1 star too much. The people who work there don 't get along at all. Complete chaos. Only waited 20 minutes at the cash register to find out that only cash payment is possible. Isn 't written anywhere. Then the cashier looks for everything on the display instead of just scanning it (I told him then). The worst part was waiting for the food. A small display shows number 260, I have 402! Numbers go up very slowly and then go down again. People in the kitchen run in circles. After 20min waiting for just fries I complained and then got it. Between the people eating and waiting, children play football in the store. I have rarely seen such incompetent staff. Will definitely not buy anything here ag...

Never seen such an uncoordinated restaurant. We waited over 40 minutes for our fries. We had order number 362, and after ordering it was number 150. The numbers went up and down in a chaotic manner and it took 45 minutes for our fries to be ready. Such simple menus should be able to be output directly. Everyone wants fries, why do you have to wait 40 minutes? Unbelievable.

Received wrong food. Lettuce was rotten and dirty!!! Very unfriendly staff. Last year it was a different staff. The current one is totally out of place. Food will only be brought from home from today!!!!!

Waited 1 hour for the food. Fries very small portion, burger dry and barely filled. The shop is simply uncoordinated, bad food, expensive prices and much, much too long waiting times.
