Duffer's Tavern - Réservation de table

I have been a patron of Duffer's for years, but after today I will no longer support this business. The owner recently made changes to the menu and overall quality of the food. When we ordered nachos, we received corn and cheese powder on chips instead. It was very disappointing. When we expressed our dissatisfaction to the waitress, the owner came back defensively without apologizing or acknowledging the drastic change to one of their most popular dishes. I understand that everyone has their own opinions, but I feel compelled to share my terrible experience with others on Google. I'm sorry, but this restaurant disappointed me this time. I usually give places a chance before forming an opinion, but this time I called for takeout and asked about the size of their large pizza. The person who answered didn't know, which was a bad start. When I picked up my order, I found that the pizza was smaller than expected and the crust was not great. The wings were tasty but dry, and I was surprised that there were no celery sticks included. In addition, my order was missing an item, so I had to go back to get it. Overall, I left feeling disappointed and won't be returning.

Mike.Just wanted to say thanks for a great event on Sunday. The food was great!Erli was fantastic! He made sure we were really taken care of.... the indoor setup was awesome....of course it never rained, so some guests made it outside to play games etc. Maddie did a great job and was attentive to the guests.Rachael was a Rock Star! Everyone was complimenting how great her service was as well her pleasant demeanor!Great Team!I appreciate all you and your teams efforts! The guests were happy. Most importantly, my kids were very happy!

Duffer's Tavern offers a lot, especially in terms of location. It is conveniently located near Newtown Square, Broomall, Edgemont, West Chester, Garnet Valley, and the Media area. The restaurant features three different zones. On the top floor, there is an upscale dining area and a cozy bar that frequently hosts live entertainment. Downstairs is where the action happens, with live bands playing regularly. The staff is friendly and attentive. It's a great place to hang out and enjoy live music, like the band "The Walking Dead." We hosted a private party there on Saturday and everything went perfectly! Michael was very easy to work with and he accompanied all of my requests. The staff was pleasant and food was delicious. Everyone commented on what a great party it was. We definitely will host another event there.

Spent a Friday evening in the downstairs game room bar area...had Rebecca as our bartender, played some pool had some great conversations.... everyone was friendly, nice music without being too loud, food was good and drinks were quick and flowing... Really nice time

I visited at 14 o'clock on Saturday, just before they are crowded. everything was great. the cona? large well-house microbrew was excellent. the burger was the choice. I'll visit here again.

A fun and enjoyable place for a quiet weekday lunch. I took my mom there on her 90th birthday eve and she had a wonderful time. Thank You Duffers!!
