Dukes -b-que - Réserver une table

I expected pork, instead I got chicken! it wasn't bad, just not what I expected. hush puppies were great. a little spicy in the green beans (not a fan). bohnen were great. with a little milder sauce. phil had the good. we were confused when we entered, didn't know it was buffet $15. saw ourselves and followed two others in the line. Apparently we had to pay first, then eat, but nobody was there to take our money. polystyrene plates plastic cutlery, nothing imaginative. left satisfied, but doubt we would make a trip.

Dukes(Whitman street) is my favorite BBQ in south carolina. they are super nice people who serve traditional sc bbq with a smile, and in an extremely clean restaurant. I guess they never change, and dukes are all as good as when my grandparents brought me here when I was young. everything is top notch, but the fried chicken is divine!

I finally got to try southern cooking. Place was clean and staff was friendly. I look forward to going back next time I'm in town.

The best bbq in the low country. Sauce is amazing,!! The best sandwich in the whole state!! Get one to go for your ride home
