I had seen her business. I had asked another assistent whether the carpet is available to say that it is not only in the load (big soft gray carpet, but that it will take up to weeks to deliver it. I visited Dunelm in Dartford with my wife. She needed to use the restroom, so I visited the cafe. There were not many tables available. I noticed that some tables were taken by people who were not eating or drinking. When my wife returned, I had been waiting in line for several minutes, and just before I could be seated, there were no free tables at all. I asked the person behind the counter what to do when there are no tables available, and she said that people get a table when they order food or drinks. I explained that I had been waiting in line alone, but he just shrugged it off. I complained to the manager, but was told that their customer service policies could not be justified or corr...
I had ordered pairs of curtains but only pairs were delivered. As mentioned on my email and on Dunelm website I went to my nearest store (Dartford) to sort this out either by returning the partial delivery or arranging the delivery of remaining...items. But the store staff did not help at all, they just asked to contact Customer care number which no one answers. Other businesses normally treat costomers in a much better way and try to sort out such issues for the customers rather that asking customers to call on a phone number or online chat etc. It was Dunelm's mistake so I expected them to sort this out for me. absolutely disgusting to get a parking lot from the parking lot in dartford, my mother took in law after dunelm, as she had never before had a great day a coffee while we bought something about my time in the parking lot...and refined. Dunelm reaction doesn't do anything to us. but it's okay to spend a few hundred pounds in their business will never return there again. avoid them not avoiding that this business is terrible. My wife and I went to buy curtains for our holiday home today and we were greeted by the most helpful shop assistant. Alice went above and beyond to assist us, and we greatly appreciate her exceptional service. Dunelm is fortunate to have such a dedicated employee.
