In 2024 it is extremely rare to find a restaurant that understands what customer service truly is. COVID damaged the concept of customer service in many industries including restaurants. Whining of short staff, availability of products was used as an excuse for poor customer service. Social media pressure to just accept this was rampant during COVID. While there was some truth to the challenges, many restaurants exaggerated it. Many restaurants still try to cling to this long past the pandemic demanding high tips for poor service and tips on services that historically weren't tipped, like take out pick up. Do not order here especially if you order through Grubhub of any other delivery service. Second time I ordered a breakfast combo with crispy bacon and I did not receive it. I called to complain and I was told I was wrong when my order specifically said crispy bacon. And I also did not get cheese on my eggs like I requested. Service went downhill. Will NEVER order from here again. Proceed with caution especially if you order through UberEats or Grubhub

Ordered eggs Benedict and they forgot the extra sauce also forgot the extra meat I paid for as well ..also plate was sloppy hash browns were half cooked and cold ....last week they forgot the syrup and the meat in my hangover hash ..lately they just been not on point ..love to support local but not if I have to keep calling . Ruined breakfast with my wife she had to reheat he food while I waited forr mine ..lts hope it's better

The servers were super nice. My food came out fast, and it was very good. I got the eggs benny, and it hit the spot. Overall, this is a solid breakfast spot. If you're in the Fall River area, this is probably the best breakfast spot I found in my 2-3 weeks in the area. Réservez une table maintenant

I went into the store and I asked for a spicy scramble and instead I got regular eggs, I spoke to the women on the phone and she then proceeded to act like she didn’t know what that order, was very unacceptable

Messed up a simple order then when I went to get the actual thing I ordered they messed it up too and fixed it by throwing chocolate chips onto plain pancakes wish I got the refund instead

Every time I go to Dunkin I’m never disappointed. The breakfast is on point. Everyone here is always nice and I never feel rushed. I would definitely be back for breakfast again…
