I am extremely disappointed. I have been coming to this restaurant for years. Tonight, as I was placing my order, the woman taking my order answered her cell phone in the middle of me speaking. As a result, my order was incorrect. When I asked for the issues to be fixed, I was met with an attitude and an eye roll.
My wife and I have been having breakfast at this Dunkin' Donuts for 6 years now. The staff is excellent - welcoming and attentive to your order. Even the younger staff members are still learning but provide excellent service just the same.
I would like to thank the manager, Azra, for rescuing my daughter's birthday party with the most amazing cake! Despite having just a day's notice, she did a fantastic job, and everyone absolutely loved it.
I ordered a sandwich without cheese for my husband. because he is allergic and when he got home, he was with cheese. I always shop at this place, sometimes without being clueless. Réservez une table maintenant
This location is generally quite good, but honestly, I believe that the attitude of the person taking your order can really make or break the experience.
i really don’t recommend going here. they are extremely rude and will get your order wrong after yelling over the counter 3 times.
Bad service. I needed to use the restroom before placing my order and they would not allow me to do so. Not nice people.
