This is the only Dunkin' location where I've ever had problems. They never have sesame seed bagels—I'm not sure what their issue is with sesame seeds or everything bagels. Even though those options always show up on the app, they end up telling me they don’t have them. I usually order vegetable cream cheese, but lately, they haven't been putting it on the bagel. It feels like this location just makes whatever they want, because no matter what I order, I get something different. I am extremely disappointed. I have been coming to this restaurant for years. Tonight, as I was placing my order, the woman taking my order answered her cell phone in the middle of me speaking. As a result, my order was incorrect. When I asked for the issues to be fixed, I was met with an attitude and an eye roll.
This will be my last visit to this Dunkin' location. I used to come here regularly since it’s close to work, but I’m tired of dealing with the rude manager and the long wait times due to understaffing. After walking into what felt like a complete disaster, I’m officially done!
My wife and I have been having breakfast at this Dunkin' Donuts for 6 years now. The staff is excellent - welcoming and attentive to your order. Even the younger staff members are still learning but provide excellent service just the same.

I ordered a sandwich without cheese for my husband. because he is allergic and when he got home, he was with cheese. I always shop at this place, sometimes without being clueless.

i really don’t recommend going here. they are extremely rude and will get your order wrong after yelling over the counter 3 times.

Bad service. I needed to use the restroom before placing my order and they would not allow me to do so. Not nice people.
The iced coffee was poorly prepared. It’s a spot to skip.
