Horrible manager by the name of Lee, I asked for light ice and she slammed the counter three separate times and gave me a nasty attitude. Other customers saw this and proceeded to tell me ?I saw that?. In the end she ignored my light ice request and on top of that did not fill the cups all the way to the top and added whipped cream NOT sweet cold foam. This is unacceptable. She saw me holding one drink that was already made and accused me of getting an extra drink, but when she saw that my order in fact had 4 drinks she backed off. I had another issue a few months ago where she gave me BURNED hashbrowns that weren?t even edible as they were hard as a rock. She told me to come back for a new...

Not so sure this lady is a Manager or not. However, she has a bad attitude and unprofessional customer service. I have been visiting this store multiple times and I love the staff and the former Manager. The former Manager always welcome us with a big smile and care our order. This lady is not! Too bad, this is the only store in Chantilly and we have to come here.

Waited out side for curbside pickup for 15 min for the staff to bring out my order. The store was empty. I could see my order was sitting on the rack. I was on a work call so I wanted for the call to get done and then pickup my order from inside. Everything was cold

For the second time, my coffee is half full. I don't know how many times I can bring this up. Negative 5 stars for coffee, and 5 stars for the donut.

They are selling the donuts that already mouldy. I almost finish one of the vanilla creme and then found mould under the icing.
