This Dunkin Donuts was running very well under the previous management. The staff that has remained is amazing but they are overworked and not recognized in particular Carmen and Raika. I will not give money to somewhere employing new workers constantly complaining. A customer shouldn't have to listen to that the entire visit. The meat is under cooked so I'm not spending money on breakfast anymore just coffee. Also, they have a lemon loaf and it was frozen when I received it. Also, the music is horrible. It was much better with it off. I must have spent thousands a year, not any more.

I placed a mobile order and prepaid, but I never received any notification that my order could not be fulfilled. When I asked for a refund, I was told that my only option was to choose a different drink. The cashier couldn't provide me with a customer service number or offer any other way to resolve the issue.
I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant! The service was top-notch with a fantastic staff. I always enjoy the fresh coffee they serve, and my favorite snack is the glazed sticks.

Look, this is a standard DD establishment. It's been a while, but I got sticker price for coffee roll and two donuts.
