Dunkin' - Réserver une table

The Dunkin’ Donuts in Steubenville is the most humorous thing I’ve ever seen. Depending on what manager is working will dictate how you may have a drink made. No joke and by drink I simply mean hot chocolate. I went through at noon today (Saturday 10/30) and got a hot chocolate made with whole milk not water. When I left doing my running, I wanted another one so I drove through again around 1:15 pm. I was told by the poor young girl taking the orders that the current manager “refuses” to make them that way. That’s ridiculous and hysterical all the same time.Suffice to say I will not be back. I’ll go to the one a few miles down the road in Wintersville…The picture is of the first drink that I was able to purchase so whatever manager was there for order #8838, kudos because you actually understand what customer service is and how not to be lazy.

Arrived at seven, it wasn't crowded. There was fast, efficient, and courteous service. The place has a great feel to it.

It can get busy especially during breakfast. It is closed both on Saturdays and Sundays.
