Contrary to what others have said, I personally will only frequent this Dunkin' location. They make iced coffee just right—not too sweet, yet not bland either. My egg and cheese wake-up wrap is consistently made to perfection, unlike other places where it tends to be overcooked or burnt. Any minor issues I've had have been quickly addressed by both the manager and the assistant manager, who are very friendly and approachable. If I ask for only chocolate munchkins and occasionally receive a few powdered ones, that's perfectly fine; it happens at every Dunkin’ because the staff must work with what they have on hand. I really enjoy my local Dunkin' Donuts! In the mornings, I always stop by for a small iced coffee, which is the best I've had from this location. Occasionally, I treat myself to breakfast too. In the afternoons, I typically opt for a small sweet iced tea without lemon, although it can be a bit too sweet for me on rare occasions. I highly recommend this Dunkin' Donuts in Norristown; the staff here are fantastic!

The coffee cups were only filled halfway, and the drinks were colder than they should have been.
