This used to be my favorite place, but I'm not sure anymore after what I witnessed today. This morning, around 5 AM, I stopped by to grab my usual coffee before work. While I was waiting for my order, I saw a woman wearing an orange and pink hat behind the counter. She was stocking donuts when, to my shock, she coughed directly onto an entire tray of donuts before placing them in the display case. I couldn’t believe what I was seeing. Her coworkers just looked at her, and since they were speaking a different language, I couldn't tell if anyone pointed out how inappropriate that was. Regardless, no one removed the contaminated tray, and it really turned me off from returning to this location....
Terrible experience! I requested cream and sugar, and my drink ended up being nothing but cream and sugar. The next drink I ordered had neither cream nor sugar. The staff member was talking to themselves the entire time, which was quite off-putting. To make matters worse, they wouldn’t allow a child to use the restroom, so the child had to go in the parking lot. I definitely won’t be returning.

I called this Dunkin on Friday afternoon and told them that I needed 5 dozen donuts, two boxes of coffee, and two boxes of hot chocolate at noon the next day. I went there at noon the next day, and everything was there waiting for me. Excellent customer service.

Overall, the food is quite tasty, but I’m giving this place additional credit for the incredibly friendly staff, which truly elevates the experience. Be sure to try the 'snackin' bacon'—it's incredibly addictive! And, as always, the coffee is outstanding.
This is the best Dunkin' Donuts location I've ever been to! The owner, Mike, and his remarkably efficient team make sure that every customer gets their order correctly and promptly. Usually, everyone is welcomed with a warm and friendly greeting.
I had a great experience with the frozen hot chocolate here. Don't forget to scan the app for points before settling the bill! The location is conveniently accessible, and there's ample parking available.
The food and drinks were excellent, a perfect 10/10. However, the staff had an unexpected attitude, particularly a tanned girl with curly dark hair. It was unwarranted and surprising.

Bought a dozen donuts cream filled and glazed. The whole lot were stale!! So disappointed. Will go the extra mile for Krispy Kreme next time.
