While we were waiting for our order, a person who appeared to be the owner parked illegally in a handicapped spot, half in and half out. When he came inside, he demanded a donut and then left without any further interaction. As we were leaving, another customer came in because he was missing donuts and munchkins from his order, and the staff were incredibly rude to him. Not a single customer seemed to have a good experience while we were there. I recommend going to the new Dunkin' just down the street instead.
The drive-thru line consistently takes at least 10 minutes due to a lack of staff. Even on Sunday mornings, they struggle to meet demand. I often receive iced tea that tastes like coffee, and the wake-up wraps are carelessly assembled and fall apart in the bags. Dunkin' food and drinks are usually straightforward, but this location somehow manages to get it wrong.
My experience here has been awful; it's the same problem every time I visit. There's a woman at the drive-thru who doesn't seem to understand English, and she regularly gets my order wrong. It feels like she does whatever she wants instead of following my instructions. It's incredibly frustrating!
