Dunkin' - Réserver une table

Strap in because this is a long one. I live right around the corner from this dunkin and I frequent there because it's in walking distance. I never planned on making a review because I didn't think the place was that bad, sure the staff were poorly mannared and they prioritized their own pride over treating the customer with respect but my orders were mostly right. Today I came in and ordered a strawberry frosted with sprinkles and a chocolate frosted with sprinkles and a medium matcha latte. The lady who took the order put the donuts in the bag together frosting sides touching, then she tossed the bag onto the counter in front of me. I waited a good three minutes for my matcha and they gave me a mocha iced coffee. When I told them I didn't order the coffee they said I was wrong and wouldn't remake the drink. I was fuming and ended up doordashing my matcha at even then it was made poorly. This is the worst dunkin in woonsocket amd I've been to them all. I understand customer service isn't a fun work environment but they aren't even trying! I'd rather walk to Park Ave than order there again.

Victoria made my latte PERFECTLY which never happens at other locations. Despite the insane volume of customers the crew worked really well together and my daughter and I were in and out. The dining room and bathroom was spotless

Worst Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve ever been too do not come here I would just drive or walk to a different one cuz they can’t do anything correctly
