Dunkin' - Réservation de table

This Dunkin' Donuts location is known for being one of the slowest in town. There is a constant turnover of employees, making the service even slower. It takes at least 12-17 minutes to get a simple coffee in the drive-thru. If you decide to go inside, you may get stuck in a parking spot due to the drive-thru lane wrapping around the building, or you have to park in a different lot and walk through the cars waiting in line. Even inside, the wait is still frustratingly long, about 1 minute less than in the drive-thru.Overall, the wait times at this Dunkin' Donuts are ridiculous.

they just messed my order ???? We had no time to return it but they completely got it wrong. my husband placed order for everything bagel plus eggs bacon cream cheese and avocado. we got regular bagel with cream cheese and avocado. if they can'tmake it they way it is requested they should just say so. it is not the first time, i don't know why i keep bother to order fromhere ,plenty of other restaurants/ fast food/ coffee shops on black horse pike! lesson learned

The best thing about this place is the amazing staff. The only downside was that the Expresso machine either needs cleaning or doesn't work, but besides that everything else was fantastic. The staff is super friendly and efficient. I love that I work nearby, so if I have to be at work in 10 minutes, I can always count on stopping here and still being on time, unless the espresso machine needs to be cleaned.

slovt dunkin around. constant change of staff. only to get a simple coffee takes at least 12-17 min in the drive thru. to go into it, they are either caught on a parking lot because the drive thru road around the building is or they have to park in another quantity and go through all cars in the drive thru line. in the inner, wait about 1 min less. ridiculus Réservez une table maintenant

This is my favorite spot to enjoy delicious donuts and coffee. I have no complaints whatsoever. I did miss out on using one of my rewards, but that was because I was sick with COVID-19 and couldn't make it in. The coffee is fantastic, the donuts are top-notch, and they also offer breakfast sandwiches. I highly recommend this place.

This is the second time they have been out of croissants. Normally I wouldn't complain, but this time I am only doing so because they advertised free donuts for Veterans Day and I only got mine at a discounted price with a 10% police discount. I showed them my military ID to verify as well. That's a bit disappointing.

I had to wait until the employees finished their conversation. If I didn't know better, I would have thought I was invisible. the conversation was not connected to the work. I will go through the trip thru if I decide to go back to the same place that is on black horse pike english creek. food: 4/5

I always receive quick and efficient service at this restaurant. From placing my order to reaching the payment window, my food is always prepared promptly. The staff is consistently friendly and provides excellent customer service.

I would have given this restaurant more stars if it weren't for the fact that my coffee was cold. The staff was nice and friendly, so I still gave it two stars. If the coffee had been hot, I would have given it 5 stars.
