I asked for a drink that is cold but no ice they said that could not be done, I said no problem I’ll pay extra for it just give me the drink with no ice I only want it cold, they said that they couldn’t because the owner did not let them do such a thing, it is ridiculous that such a simple request could not be accommodate for the customer. So I wanted to return the ice drink and she said she can’t accept returns since I had already paid for it, so I had to pay for a hot drink instead. Absolutely ridiculous.
Rise and shine! My first stop of the day is always Dunkin', where the fantastic staff and welcoming atmosphere never fail to impress. They remember your name and treat you like family, and the place is consistently spotless. If anyone has ever left a negative review about this location, they must be mistaken, as there are several in EP. This one stands out for its exceptional service and friendly vibes. I’d also like to give a special shoutout to Janet for making my mornings a bit brighter. Thank you!
This is a cozy little Dunkin' that's perfect for a quick stop. They prepare the coffee just as requested, and they had a great variety of baked goods that my kids enjoyed. They also loved their hot chocolate!
It is one of the smaller Dunkin'. They barely have two tables and few chairs. The donuts were almost all out at 5 pm. We got a hot coffee that was well made but could not get any decent donuts.
