I don?t know who runs this place but my drinks are never filled to the top, as if someone sipped from it and hands it out to the customers. My French vanilla iced coffee has ZERO vanilla flavor in it and today I ordered a large matcha iced Green tea and wastold I couldn?t get it with cream, only milk. This has never happened before when I?ve ordered anywhere else. This is the lasttime I?ll ever order from this location.
If there were an option for zero stars, I would choose it. The customer service is awful! The bagels are often lacking filling, and the coffee leaves much to be desired—I can't even tell if they're using real Dunkin' coffee. It feels like the owner is cheapening the experience with lower-quality ingredients. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place if you want to enjoy your mornings.
They?re amazing! If you don?t mind getting raw bacon 3 out of the 3 times you?ve ordered from there despite telling them specifically to ACTUALLY cook my bacon this time. So as long as you don?t mind having to cook the meal you order from here,you?re great! Edit: what brainless oafs rated this place a 4?
I've been a regular at this restaurant, and I want to point out that there's a young tall Black woman who often appears to be in a bad mood and might be better suited for a different role. The morning manager is decent, but the two guys who usually work in the afternoon are fantastic. Réservez une table maintenant
