On donut shelf Bagel twist are marked $2.99, and cashier didnt give me the receipt and I ask for the receipt and look at the Bagel Twist price and it was charged $4.00. I asked cashier why is bagel twist $4.00 when it shows $2.99, and cashier told me thats wrong price tag, price went up , I was like ok and throw away the receipt and went back to my office, out of curiosity I check Dunkin app and price was marked $2.99.I went back to Denville Dunkin and ask if he can reprint me the receipt and cashier was very rude and told me he can 't I dont know how to reprint receipt . So...
I recently visited the new Dunkin' location on Route 46 and had a frustrating experience. They didn't place my hot coffee in a cardboard holder, and as a result, it spilled all over my cloth front seat. The staff member on duty seemed to dismiss my concern, even though she witnessed the spill, and then she tried to shortchange me by a dollar. This is the third time I've had an issue with incorrect change. I haven't spoken to the manager yet, but it's going to cost me over $100 to get my carpet and cloth seat cleaned. I'm very disappointed.
I placed the order the day before to make sure it would be delivered on time at 10:15 am. It still hasn't been delivered (11:23 am). And asking for service money and also a tip for the driver in advance. Ridiculous. Bad service. Never again update 15-02-2023: driver indicates online that the food has been delivered at 12:23 PM but according to the recipient nothing has been delivered. now in discussion with Dunkin and Grubhub about my money.
This review is for the newly relocated restaurant in Denville. The drive-thru is always crowded, so I thought going inside might be faster. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case. I waited for several minutes, despite being the only customer inside. Multiple employees noticed me but completely disregarded my presence. It seems they prioritize the drive-thru. After waiting long enough, I decided to leave.

Terrible. messing something up while joking about it and giving the one thing that I asked to be left out of my food he gives me ONLY that food item. While joking about it. Almost as if it was done on purpose. Won’t be going there anymore that’s for sure. Watch out. They mess with ppl there whom have allergies. Just asking for a lawsuit.
