I can't seem to get a consistent cup of coffee from Dunkin', and it's not just this location. The coffee often tastes burnt, like it's been sitting on a warmer for hours, or it feels like it's poured before fully brewed, or it's just lukewarm. Rarely does my nearly $3 coffee end up being enjoyable. Because of this, I only go there if I have no other options. Now, I buy Dunkin' dark roast coffee from Market Basket (which, frustratingly, franchises no longer offer) and make it myself. It really feels like the brand is trying to move away from serving good coffee—and for me, it has succeeded.
I cannot get a consistent cup of coffee from DD. It's not this particular address alone. The coffee is burnt tasting like it has been on the heating pad for hours or seems to be poured mid-brew, or it's tepid. Very seldom will my nearly $3.00 buy a cup of coffee that is enjoyable. So I do not visit unless I have no other choice. I now go to market basket to buy DD dark roast coffee (which isn't offered at franchise locations now, dumb) and make my own. It seems that this brand is working very hard to rid itself of serving coffee. It worked for me.
I drive a large truck, and this Dunkin' location often closes the counter inside the gas station. There’s a sign directing customers to use the app or the drive-through. I’m unwilling to download the app, and taking a 40-foot truck through the drive-through isn’t an option for me. The customer service here leaves a lot to be desired.

This location absolutely sucks. The drive-thru takes forever and on probably 4-5 occasions i went around 5:30am before work and they just weren’t even open.
This is the dunks right next to my work. I have never had a good experience here. They don’t even know their new beverage flavors “we don’t have that”
Great daily service—they come through every day. The coffee and food are always spot on, and they’ve never made my coffee wrong!
The rich hot chocolate with a splash of milk pairs perfectly with the waking packs. It's no longer French claw!
