I go six days out of the week I wanna say 3 days out of the six that my coffee is incorrect. It’s always either to lite. Not enough of the syrup. Or coffee tastes bad. It is super frustrating to have to go thru the drive thru again or go inside to get it fixed all the time. I do have to say , most of the employees are always very nice about it tho . None of them are angry or additudy, so that makes it a little better I guess ?? hoping myCoffee will be on point today lol) ?
Nothing has changed. Good luck trying to get a refund as well. They somehow keep their online ordering system active, allowing you to place orders even when they’re closed, especially on holidays. Additionally, the late-night service is incredibly slow and inconsistent.
I realize that ordering no ice doesn't necessarily mean the drink will be filled to the top, but I was surprised to receive just half a cup. I've had iced matcha lattes without ice before, and I've always received more at other locations.
I confess to liking a DD that gives more priority to walk in customers. They do have a drive thru though. Nice staff and very quick service. Probably switch to this one as opposed to the other Tolland location by 84. Réservez une table maintenant
Says open person working ignotes you at 4:20 am even though say there open. Look right at ne and walked away.That's what I call ignorant and poor customer serviceGoof Luck to owner for having employees likethay.
The coffee here isn't great; it tastes quite bad, actually. It seems like the staff may not know how to properly prepare the drinks. I wouldn't recommend this Dunkin' to anyone.
This Dunkin' experience can be inconsistent, depending on the time of your visit and the staff on duty.
