Can I give them zero stars? I am extremely disappointed with the service at this Dunkin' Donuts location. Despite being a loyal customer, I have consistently had issues with my orders. On two separate occasions, they completely messed up my simple requests for a small black coffee and a small coffee with two creams. The first time, my coffee was cold, and the second time it was overly diluted with cream. When I asked for a refund, they outright refused. This is unacceptable! It's frustrating to have to return twice just to get a basic order correct, and it's even more disappointing when they fail to offer a reasonable solution. I miss the old people when they're were actually getting the things right I ordered a cinnamon vanilla iced coffee, a large vanilla iced coffee and a cappuccino blast. First they put the LARGE vanilla coffee in a small and then the LARGE cappuccino blast messed it up from a large to a medium. They obviously don't know how to do their job. This place was better when they had they're employees from summer 2023.
Hello,I come here everyday .. matter of fact I drive past 1 to get to this location.. whoever the skinny little Hispanic chick is with the long hair glasses that is working at 545 am and she is very rude. I said thank you have a good day when she came to the window to give me my order when it’s just her my coffe tastes very bland. I spend good money here it’s employees like her who drive good customers away

This place deserves zero rating. I had to wait for 15 mins because no one was answering drive thru and I kept saying hello, went to the window to order and they still gave me the wrong order. I asked for an iced coffee wth cream caramel, they added sugar! Pathetic Service and employees are always sleepy!
I wanted to give a shout-out to the young man working at the drive-thru. He was funny and truly brightened my morning with his cheerful attitude. His name was Shawn, and I hope to see him again on my next visit to Dunkin’.
The food was cold, they gave me attitude as soon as I walked in as well as not being able to count as they gave me 5 HASBROWNS instead of the 6. This place is failing and wasn’t what it used to be.
