This location has the worst service. The male manager on shift in am that takes drive thru orders is beyond clueless and rude. I thought it was a one time bad day but unfortunately, I was wrong. There's always attitude for no reason lol. I started having to place online pickup orders so I don't have to be told that what I want to order is impossible even if its advertised on the menu online. When I go to pickup, the clueless staff at drive thru don't ask and try to charge you again even if you paid online and show them your at the window. They need a secret shop test for the am shift, the worst. I will no longer be going to this location even though it's the most convenient.

I won’t be giving this Dunkin' another opportunity. I've received the wrong order three times in a row now. The last time, I decided to go inside, thinking that would guarantee I got the correct items, but no luck! Once again, I was given a box and bag of the wrong donuts. How difficult is it to get glazed donuts? I've asked for glazed three times, and each time, I ended up with a random mix of donuts or donut holes. It’s unbelievable! It seems like you have to be either deaf or lacking in common sense to work here.

Bad ownership was really excited to work here good and friendly amazing people I worked with shout to Candace and Jessica ...they short you in money not even the owner knows how to run this place few things though that I did learn was managing how a business should be ran..I love customer service and one thing i would want is for a customer to return and love the atmosphere but this place ain't it !!!

I’m really disappointed that customers are charged extra for cruelty-free plant-based milks. It seems like it should be the cow's milk that costs more. Please consider revising your policy. Réservez une table maintenant

My dad has Alzheimer's, and this is his favorite restaurant. The staff is always kind and very respectful.
