I visited this restaurant five times in two days because my order was messed up once. I didn't complain, but I noticed the mistake after I had already left the restaurant and was accused of not checking my order. The weekend was busier, but the employees handled it well. Sometimes the person at the POS was young and took a little time to input the order, but the delivery was fast. There were times when we had to wait for them to call us even though our food was ready, while customers who arrived after us received their orders and left. This is probably the only Dunkin’ Donuts I know that loves its gear heads.I attend the Cars and Coffee events as much as possible and nothing beats a hot cup of coffee and donuts during the blistering cold weather or a cool ice coffee for those muggy summer mornings.Ample parking is available during the rest of the week (except Sundays when it’s taken over by fellow motor enthusiasts). The only DD that has fresh everything and two types ordering stations within the establishment (that I know of at least).
They put the store at the mercy of bunch of school kids. No sense of keeping the accuracy of the order. On top, non stop arguments. Please provide some minimum required behind the counter qualified coverage to the customers. Asked for small coffee with I cream and regular sugar. Came with 1 cream and 1 sugar. When i asked for correcting the order, they said the sugar is out there, go ahead and out this by your self.This store always gave me challenges, every time I visit here
I entered the restaurant and the host didn't acknowledge me. I had to prompt him to take my order. Despite repeating my order twice, it was still incorrect. The two servers preparing my meal were constantly on their phones. They need better training. It's not professional to be on your phone while working. Try to keep it out of sight at least.

No sense of urgency or care for others time . Other reviews are accurate and I didn’t read until now . So I’ll just say if you want a slow rough start to your morning go to this location. Ellie (blond hair was really the ONLY working/attentive person. The other 4-5 really don’t care .
it's fun on Sundays. there are collective cars that are parked everywhere and people come to see and have fun. I usually park on the other side of the road either in walmart or on the other parking space to avoid that I should wait to take the car.
Awful service. Five people in line. One person on register AND six other employees putzing around trying to look busy. No one would help out the line. I get waiting when there’s no staff but six and only one cashier. Wake up management.
Only been to this Dunkin on Sunday’s 7-9am when the coffee and cars @Dulles is going on. I am impressed with how they handle the influx of people. I never have to wait long for a hot coffee and a donut.

I typically don't write reviews, but wow! This iced americano tastes like one drip of espresso and the rest is just water. I ordered an iced americano, not water on ice.
almost every Sunday there is a car and coffee if you are interested and the place is good over all who have a dunkin and other.
