First of all, this Dunkin' location is overpriced. I ordered an iced mocha latte, but it barely had any coffee flavor, and the latte was so light in color it looked more like tea. It seemed like they either reuse the coffee grounds or only add a tiny amount of coffee or espresso. I also got a bagel with cream cheese, and while eating, I found a piece of plastic in the cream cheese. Both items were unpleasant, and I couldn’t finish either. I won’t be coming back to this location.
Earlier this morning, around 6:30 am on 10/5/22, I noticed that the restaurant had no napkins available, only paper towels, which appeared dirty as shown in the photo below. This isn't the first time I've encountered this issue, indicating poor management at this location. The staff said a delivery was expected later today, but I don’t plan to come back. There are better-managed Dunkin' locations on the island that I will choose instead.
Service is always fast, but recently the quality of the cooked items has suffered, with the hash browns often tasting of soap due to the tray liner paper being reused too many times and breaking down. I’ll still get my coffee and donuts from here, but i’m avoiding the rest of the menu.
I will never go there again. When I went into the women's bathroom to wash my hands, I found that the bathroom door was left slightly open so someone could squeeze in. On top of that, the water wasn't working, and there were no paper towels to dry my hands. Réservez une table maintenant
Walk here often from my home, the staff is friendly and welcoming, they make my drinks as soon as I walk in, we're on a first name basis. If I bring my daughter's, they always throw in their favorite donuts and have always been generous. Great crew here.
The Indian worker kicked me and my friend out for having a Mountain Dew and my black friend even bought a donut and the worker said “you people are so disrespectful” to me and my friend. Never coming back again. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
I will never visit that restaurant again. I went to the women's restroom to wash my hands, only to find that the door was barely open and the water wasn't working. There were also no paper towels available to dry my hands.
The worst. Consistently don’t put jelly in their jelly donuts jelly munchkins, literally. How do you mess that up constantly? Food: 1 Service: 1 Réservez une table maintenant
