Every time I come here in the evening they are closed. They make up their own hours. I was told at 8:55pm that they were closed, doors locked and OPEN sign on. They purposely leave the OPEN sign on knowing that their closing hours is 10pm but I guess they just want to look like their opened so they can continue to get paid for doing nothing.
The coffee they serve is scalding hot, and they also want to charge $1.00 for a few ice cubes. They either can't get my coffee order right or they insist on charging for the ice. I asked them not to make my coffee too hot so I could actually drink it, but it seems they have trouble understanding spoken English. I won't be returning.
Who ever changed the snacking bacon to that pepper snacking bacon should change it back to no pepper too much pepper. I don’t want pepper on my bacon, it use to be sweet maple syrup on it . Now it horrible will never get it again. And bring back French crullers and bow ties miss them.
Wanted to grab something fast ordered online ahead once I arrived I waited a few for order grabbed quickly and left once I opened in car sandwich was cold cheese not melted such a disappointment wish I had time to take back to Réservez une table maintenant
Place is a joke, got here at 930 website says closes at 10 an they locked the doors, African American in there laughing and shuts the lights off. Hope the site owner sees this!
I ordered a bacon, egg, and cheese croissant but received just an egg and cheese croissant instead. I also got a corn muffin that I couldn't eat because it was stale.
I had the worst customer service experience ever. I called to address a mistake with my coffee, and the person on the phone said they were too busy to assist me.
Love this location. Their drive thru is so convenient, and the staff are efficient. Réservez une table maintenant
