I only went once but I know someone who worked there , the customers are mainly daily customers and the workers know your order just by seeing your face, even if you aren’t a daily customer they still treat you with politeness and respect, you also get quick service you don’t have to wait more than 5 minutes for a coffee compared to other Dunkin’s I’ve been to
The man taking mobile orders didn't speak any English at all and mistakenly told me that I had already received my munchkins, when I hadn't. My sister had a separate order with munchkins as well, and he pointed to those instead. We had to get help every couple of minutes while talking to him, which made the process take much longer than it needed to.

Went to get a bagel and was looked at unkindly for being a masculine female as entire staff proceeded to make fun of me in their language not knowing that I understand their language. Made me feel very embarrassed and uncomfortable when I was merely being respectful and kind. This company should truly work on diversity and inclusion.
The staff is incredibly friendly, and the restaurant is spotless and well-organized. I love the spider donuts and the service is excellent. They even offered me a free donut! I would definitely come here every day if I could.
Kid-friendliness: The staff is super nice and engages with kids, laughing at their jokes.
