Yesterday, I walked into this Dunkin Donuts. The service was great and they got my order perfect. Today I walked into the same Dunkin and the service was god awful. I asked them if I could have a CoCo Mocha Latte. They simply told me that they did not have that. When I looked at the menu under signature latte's, it was the second on the list. My friend then asked for the same thing and was told the same as I was. My friend (unlike me) did point out the menu. The guy looked at him and asked him to order something else.
Leaving this review not to ruin anyone’s day, just hoping to better the overall quality of the store for the customers. I find that the service takes astronomically long, and often interferes with my boyfriends morning as he is trying to get to work and the slow service is frustrating. I think many others would benefit from faster service and would draw more customers to the store overall. I hope this helps and give some inspiration for the employees to better their service. This restaurant used to be great, but now there's a very angry elderly woman who isn't taking customers' orders; instead, she's yelling at them. She clearly seems unhappy in her job. This reflects a complete failure on the manager's part to train her properly. It's important to remember that she is the first point of contact for customers coming in, and her behavior is unacceptable. No wonder there are "FOR RENT" signs all over Cranford.
It seems that this restaurant is unable to handle criticism or feedback. I placed an order through Uber Eats, but they missed an item, so I requested a refund. The next day, I tried to order again, only to have them cancel my order, claiming they weren't taking any orders. That's quite amusing. I’ve learned my lesson and won’t be ordering from here again—what a waste of time.

I used to enjoy coming here, but the staff has been very unprofessional over the past two years. Today, I ordered avocado toast, and not only did they nearly forget my order, but the person preparing it seemed annoyed that I even asked about it. When I finally received it, it was just cold, soggy bread—not even toasted. It’s really disappointing.
Pretty rough service most times I go in there. The folks that work there are nice but they regularly ignore the line of people waiting to order for extended periods of time and focus on doing things behind the counter instead for some reason. I'd rather drive 5 extra mins to go to another location that has better service.
They are very racist here. The old white lady needs a attitude checkup she’s horrible felt very mistreated and the felipino Chinese guy working there was very horrible didnt wunnu be respectful and take my order correct and the girl messed up my bagel and cream cheese very bad spot don’t go here
New owners ??? Gone are the women, replaced by men, who seem a bit overwhelmed. I ordered a xlarge French vanilla, but was given a hazelnut, yuk !!!
