Dunkin' - Réservation de table

It was kind of slow service but Covid times... I guess everyone's having trouble. That being said, the food was good, the coffee hot and can you really ask for more from Dunkin' Doughnuts? I mean, you want a good back massage, you got to find yourself a Tim Horton's. Those Canadians will do anything to be polite...

I saw this guy at the counter while I was picking up my order... He looked like a manager, he was on the phone picking his nose. He didn't wash his hands or use sanitizer. He helped a customer at register. Its a shame because I order breakfast here sometimes.

I ordered on the app twice for a latte and both times it tasted like water. When I called to ask why, they explained the espresso machine was broken but did not tell me and instead gave me glorified water and milk drink.

So disgustingly rude. The lady who works there for super rude towards me and my friends. Literally threw a cup of water at my friend.. Get a better management and better staff. Réservez une table maintenant

The woman at the front was VAPING at work. Neither her or the man working in the back were wearing masks, even though there’s a mask mandate in Princeton right now.

Fast service staff was very friendly everything bagel was very tasty. Coffee seemed a little weak but still very good. Definitely would return and would recommend.

lady working was extremely rude and served customers with an attitude. really explains why there was 2 pennies in the tip jar lol. Réservez une table maintenant

Probably one of the worst customer service experiences every time I walk in there. Employees are mostly rude.
