The guy took my aunts order and then asked if I wanted anything. I told him I wanted a cup of water. I was going to tell him I wanted a donut, but he closed out the order before I could. I visited this restaurant first thing on Sunday morning before heading back to New York. I ordered two medium coffees and a toasted, buttered croissant, which came to a total of $12.25. I handed the cashier $15 and received 75 cents in change. It wasn't as if she was busy; we were the only customers there. After some back and forth, she finally acknowledged that she hadn’t given me my change.

The reviews are spot on—this place is awful. My friend ordered a hot tea with milk, and they completely forgot the teabag. I ordered a Dunkin Midnight black and opened the lid only to discover it was a regular coffee with pumpkin spice creamer instead. If you ever find yourself in this unfortunate spot, double-check your order before leaving. When I picked up my coffee, it had two labels on it, and unfortunately, the one facing me was for the wrong order. It’s so bad that you actually have to turn the cup just to make sure it’s yours, and don’t forget to lift the lid. My friend captured it perfectly: they're not saving lives here; it's just coffee. How hard can it be?

I really love Dunkin' Donuts, but unfortunately, this location didn't meet my expectations. When I arrived in the morning, there were about 6-7 people in line, but the staff seemed more focused on chatting with each other inside rather than serving us.
I order online almost every day and the guys there know my order by heart and always look happy when customers walk in. Super friendly and the food is always cooked perfectly
Fast, open early, make good coffee.Parking: More parking if you keep driving further down the lot.
