There okay, but they need improvement, the Donut ? tested like it was made on Monday, and I went to Dunkin on Wednesday, the Drink I ordered, I ended up not liking it as much, the Dunkin associate don't treat their customers with respect, they don't even treat the customer like customers, they treat the customer on way they think there way better then their customers, they really do need to improve the manner they treat their paying Customers, so Dunkin need to improve the attitude of their associate if they want to keep having customersVegetarian options: Most of the things they sell can be categories under Vegetarian dishes, accept for people how are not o a diet, because be ready to gain...

Twice now I’ve ordered from the app for this location and they were out of something. They say they are unable to refund for the app and don’t offer any rational substitute. Last time it was espresso, machine was broken. They offered me a donut, but I don’t eat donuts. This time I ordered 2 large coffees but they were out of large cups. Instead of just giving me a third cup of coffee to make up the difference I was only told I can call the owner. Don’t they have a way to pause items on the app that they are out of? I shouldn’t have to find out AFTER I’ve paid that I can’t get what I ordered and can’t be refunded.

I have ordered from this place twice.Order 1:They threw the donuts in frosting down so by the time I got home all the frosting was stuck to the bottom of the bag and none on the actual donuts.Order 2:The frosting was straight smeared off all the donuts as if someone licked it off.I am never ordering from here again. I gave them two tries to be at least mediocre and they couldn’t even do that.

Got my grandson so munchkins they were all stale …. My daughter-in-law wanted a tea no lemon extra sugar her tea was no sugar extra lemon …. This is not the first time it’s been a problem with the store and trying to get it corrected is always a challenge … my advice stay far far away there’s a Wawa right down the street Réservez une table maintenant

Thank you so much for still having pumpkin spice, Dunkin is the only place that does it right. Thank you for taking the time to make sure the drink is correct. You guys are doing well, don’t listen to the customers rushing you. Haha

Took my kids this morning food was mediocre. Service same but the bathroom was gross, they seem to only worry about the drive through please worry also about cleaning your restroom be sanitary.

Inside is never open on time. Consistently locked an hour after stated. Service is dependant on who is working. Either 5 stars or 1. Réservez une table maintenant
